Detective Louis Potter looked into the case. Lozadas sister later told Potter where Wilson was. Wilson talked to Detective Potter. Denied hurting Kelly.
The detective closed the case saying there wasn’t evidence. He did this before getting Wilsons DNA results.
After that Lozadas sister asked her to move out. After I moved we talked on the phone and then I couldn’t get a hold of him ” Lozada said.
